Shipping Info: We send our merchandise by post office.

Nakama Records are run by touring musicians which means there may be periods where we are not able to ship ordered items. We are however almost always online, and will answer inquiries within 1-2 business days.

We make sure that the all our shipments are packed and sealed the most efficient and secure way.
Return Policy: If our merchandise arrives in anything but an excellent condition, or do not arrive at all, we will send you a new item right away or offer a refund.

We do not accept returns unless we for some reason have sent you the wrong item. We will of course pay for additional shipping. Just contact us, and we will sort it out!
